回采巷道帮部锚杆锚固时效性与杆体回收技术

Time-Dependent Behavior Of Bolt Anchoring And Its Recovery Technology On Anchoring Of Sidewall Along Mining Gateway

摘要: 为解决长壁工作面前方煤帮遗留金属锚杆杆体带来的安全隐患,基于回采巷道帮部锚杆锚固时效性与围岩稳定性分析判据,结合FLAC3D数值计算,确定了长壁工作面前方煤壁帮锚杆合理回收范围,设计开发了以组合式中空螺旋钻为主体的锚杆杆体回收机具,建立了一套完整的长壁工作面前方锚杆杆体回收技术措施。通过现场试验,验证了回收方案的可行性和实用性。

Abstract: To eliminate the security risks from metal bolt-rod legacy in front of the long-wall working face.On the basis of time-dependent behavior of bolt anchoring and stability criterion of surrounding rock, the research optimized the reasonable recovery range of the bolt in front of the long-wall working face and developed an recovery equipment of bolt-rod which adopting combined hollow auger drill as main body. It is proved by test on site that the recovery schemes are feasible and practical.
